"Guest," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity making a reservation or utilizing our services.

"Website" refers to www.relvonix.com and all associated domains.

"Reservation" refers to a booking made for accommodations, dining, or other services at any Relvonix property.

3. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and can be made through our website, by telephone, or email. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your reservation.

Relvonix reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

4. Payment

Payment policies may vary by hotel location and reservation type. Generally, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking for certain rates or during peak seasons.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.

All rates are quoted in the local currency of the hotel location unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion rates for display purposes on our website are approximate and may vary.

Additional charges for incidentals, room service, dining, and other services used during your stay will be charged to your account and must be settled upon check-out.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan, hotel location, and time of year. Please refer to the specific conditions stated on your reservation confirmation.

Generally, reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made after this period may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay or as specified in your booking terms.

No-shows will typically result in a charge equivalent to the full stay amount.

6. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM local hotel time, unless otherwise specified.

Early check-in and late check-out can be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card at check-in.

7. Liability

Relvonix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or stay at our properties.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. While we strive to ensure the security of our properties, Relvonix cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

8. Modifications to Terms

Relvonix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website with the effective date.

Your continued use of our services after changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
