Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, modifications, and refunds for reservations made at Relvonix properties. We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining our operational standards.

Specific cancellation terms may vary based on the property, season, rate plan, length of stay, and other factors. The exact cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be displayed during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

All times are based on the local time zone of the hotel.

For non-refundable rates, the full amount is charged at the time of booking and no refund is provided in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

3. Seasonal Cancellation Policies

During peak periods, holidays, and special events, more restrictive cancellation policies may apply. These include but are not limited to:

3.1 Peak Season (June 15 - August 31 & December 15 - January 10)

3.2 Special Events

For bookings during special events (e.g., New Year's Eve, Fashion Week, Formula 1 Grand Prix), specific cancellation policies will apply and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Typically, these bookings require a non-refundable deposit and have stricter cancellation terms than our standard policy.

4. Group Bookings

Group bookings (5 or more rooms) are subject to specific cancellation policies, which are detailed in the group contract. Generally, these policies include:

  • Deposit requirements at the time of booking
  • Staggered cancellation deadlines with increasing penalties as the arrival date approaches
  • Specific terms for reducing the number of rooms in a group booking

5. Reservation Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations depend on availability and may be subject to rate changes.

5.1 Date Changes

Changes to stay dates are treated as follows:

  • If the new stay dates are within the same rate season and of equal or greater length, no cancellation fees apply, but rate differences may be charged.
  • If the new stay dates are in a different rate season or of shorter length, our cancellation policy applies to the original booking, and a new reservation will be created for the new dates at current available rates.

5.2 Room Type Changes

Changes to room types are subject to availability. Upgrades may incur additional charges, while downgrades are subject to our standard cancellation policy for the price difference.

6. No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notification ("no-shows") will be charged the full amount for their entire stay.

If you anticipate a late arrival, please notify the hotel directly to hold your reservation. Contact information for each property is provided in your reservation confirmation.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may result in cancellation, travel delays, or medical emergencies.

Travel insurance can help recover non-refundable expenses in case of illness, flight cancellations, or other covered events that prevent you from traveling.

Relvonix does not provide travel insurance, but we can recommend reputable providers upon request.

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control), modified cancellation policies may apply.

We strive to be flexible and accommodating in such circumstances while balancing our operational needs. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
